1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Health, homeopathic medicines, supplements, and consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Perishable or consumable health products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Return Policy

At Homeopathy Depot, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our natural health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Homeopathy Depot is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
